1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 88xb platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and any other features made available through the website at 88xb.org (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing any part of 88xb through any device or internet connection in Bangladesh or elsewhere. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. 88xb reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice; the most current version will always be available at 88xb.org/terms-conditions.

3Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the 88xb Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the lifetime of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88xb enforces a strict 21+ age restriction across all account registrations. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at the discretion of 88xb.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited, including any jurisdiction on 88xb's restricted territory list as updated from time to time.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or affiliate of 88xb or any of its associated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or a player under a cooling-off period imposed by 88xb. Attempting to re-register during an active exclusion period constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of 88xb, you must register a personal account. Registration is free. Each person may hold only one account. The following obligations apply to all registered account holders:

• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your real full name, valid mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 88xb will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
• You must notify 88xb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or that your login credentials have been compromised.
• Account access is strictly personal. You may not share, transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person. You may not allow any third party to use your account to place bets, make deposits, or claim bonuses.
• 88xb may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal or when otherwise required. You agree to cooperate with all KYC requests and to provide supporting documentation promptly.

88xb reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

88xb supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all payment transactions on the Platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi mobile wallets and bank transfer services. 88xb does not accept international credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods.
• All funds deposited must belong to the account holder. You may not deposit funds on behalf of a third party. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party payment source may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. 88xb reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• 88xb does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made through supported Bangladeshi payment methods. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply its own transaction fees independently of 88xb.

6Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

88xb offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the promotional offer:

• All bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets only — bonus-funded bets do not count toward the rollover unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 88xb reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from that bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting scripts, or exploiting technical errors.
• A welcome bonus may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using any circumvention method will result in account suspension.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the designated game title and expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the stated wagering requirement.

88xb is under no obligation to offer bonuses or promotions to any specific player or group of players. Promotional offers may be withdrawn, modified, or extended at any time at the sole discretion of 88xb.

7Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 88xb Platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, via live streams from licensed studio environments. The following game-related terms apply to all players:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG or live dealer results and are final. 88xb does not have the ability to alter the outcome of any game round once it has commenced. Disputes arising from game outcomes must be raised with customer support within 7 days of the disputed round.
• The use of any automated software, bot, script, or other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users is strictly prohibited. Any account found using such tools will be immediately suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term statistical return of each game and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Past results do not influence future game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, 88xb reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. Winnings arising from a clearly erroneous display or technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

8Responsible Gaming

88xb is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The Platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time reminders: Players may set a session duration reminder that alerts them when a specified time has elapsed during a single playing session.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a short-term cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period the account remains open but betting and deposit functionality is disabled.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88xb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or engage in any activity that facilitates financial crime.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity, for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other reason.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional terms, or artificially inflate winnings through coordinated betting activity.
• Using or attempting to use any software exploit, vulnerability, or technical error in a game or the Platform infrastructure to gain an unfair advantage, regardless of whether such exploitation results in a financial gain.

10Account Suspension and Termination

88xb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, bonus abuse, or any other form of misconduct, pending completion of an investigation.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88xb's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 88xb is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

88xb does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88xb will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the 88xb Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 88xb or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform content for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of 88xb.

13Amendments to These Terms

88xb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 88xb will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication at 88xb.org/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
